Thank you participants! Question: should we do this again?

A huge thank you and congratulations to everyone that participated in this challenge!  We're making arrangements to ship our prize checks and FLIR ONEs even as I type.

I thoroughly enjoyed putting this challenge on, and I hope you had as much fun being part of it.  So I have two questions to wrap this up - if we do it again would you participate?  If we do, what would you want us to do differently?

Thanks again!!

A slight delay in announcing the winners

I know you're all anxiously awaiting the results, and I'm sorry to report that it's going to be one more day before we can do so.  The judges have determined preliminary results and the process of validating them is taking a bit longer than we thought.  I'm sorry!  We expect to make the announcement by 5:00pm pst on Thursday January 28th.

Stay tuned!

Time to vote for your favorite new FLIR ONE app!

The judges are hard at work and the public voting period has started - very exciting!

Thanks to everyone that submitted apps for the challenge.  In the end there were nine submissions that met all the qualification criteria and those are the ones you get to vote on.  Remember, $1,000 USD goes to the crowd favorite!  Everyone can vote but you only get to vote one time, and it's cool to ask your friends and family to support you with their vote.

Good luck everyone!

Judging and voting update

Thanks so much to everyone that submitted projects for this challenge! I hope you've had fun developing them and I wish you all luck with the judging.

It's taken me a bit longer than expected to review and qualify everything that was submitted so I postponed the start of the judging and voting period to 8am Tuesday January 19th.  I'm busy making sure that all projects are considered fairly and that only projects that meet all the qualifications are presented for judging and voting.  I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and I don't expect this to delay…
